Wow. Nice Upgrade if You Ask Me.
I’m currently using these with my laptop and Ipod Shuffle, and I cannot complain about the sound at all.

Better sounding, better looking, better price than Bose
I’ve always been a fan of Bose, especially back in the good old direct/reflecting 301 days, but Altec Lansing has caught up and passed them in quality, looks, and obviously price…

Spectacular sound
I am so impressed with the power and sound from these little speakers. No subwoofer, but you’d swear there was one in the room.

Decent Speakers
Speakers sound as expected for two speaker system. Not a fan of the looks but that is subjective. Little overpriced compared to some creative speakers.

Clean, sharp sound with weak bass
I was excited to use my first Altec Lansing speaker for my desktop, since I know their great reputation in the speaker system. I have been using a 5.

Classic Indeed
Whilst the Expressionist Classic powered speakers are definitely much ado about Brevity, it has a lot to say about PC and portable sound.

Appearance is the selling point here. Adequate sound but too many wires.
The speakers are wired together with an approximately six foot cord. One speaker has a power button on the back; volume control buttons are on the top of the same speaker…

PLENTY of Midrange
These are unusual-looking speakers. Personally, I don’t care for their appearance and they also sit awkwardly on my desk looking like they are halfway constructed.

Big sound from a little package…
At first glance these are very aesthetically pleasing to the eye! You can only imagine my surprise and delight when we hooked them up to various things and they performed…
